It is REALLY hard to write from a male's perspective when you are a female! I don't think I mastered it at all, but I hope it's half-decent.

I felt like if I wrote this from a female's perspective, I'd have to get into emotions. I was trying to "show," not "tell," character development of Lyra and her evolution as a person.

Anyway, I will make more attempts at this kind of stuff later on. Hopefully I'll get better at it.
